I am ashamed to realize how important our kit-cat clock is to the
mood in our kitchen/home. We ordered a replacement about 9 days ago,
and I have been anxiously awaiting the new one to arrive. This is
the 4th one we have had over a 30+ year period. This friendly little
personality is a V.I.P. in our house! There are very few "things"
that give one this much pleasure.

Thanks for your informative website. After a
window installer knocked my Kit Kat Clock off the wall, his tail
would animate, but not his eyes. I learned about the j-clips on your
website--they were apparently knocked loose from the clock after it
hit the ground and probably vacuumed up. I ordered 2 new ones,
installed them and voila... back in business! Thanks for speedy
service, a great price, and a very comprehensive website.

I have been fascinated with these little cats since I first
saw them in a neighbors kitchen as a little boy. I will now
install one in our kitchen for our twin granddaughters to
marvel and ponder; and one in my shop to remind me of the

We gave this clock to our daughter for her birthday (she is 26).
She absolutely loved it. Commented several times about how
thoughtful the gift was. We even had to remove a picture in our
den so we could temporarily put the clock on the wall in order to

call SERVICE! I ordered this as a Mother's Day present for my 91
year old Mother. I did not expect it for another week or two, and

I bought my clock in Feb. 2004. It stopped working and I replaced
the batteries, but it wouldn't start up again. I was
broken-hearted!! Then I found this site that helps to troubleshoot.
I must have knocked one of the j-clips off when I was changing the
batteries. I would not have known what was wrong without this
website. I am ordering a new clip and now know that it will work
perfectly as soon as it is in place. Thank you so much for all your
help! The world would be a better place if all businesses would be
as helpful.

We are replacing the Kit Kat Clock that I purchased my husband
for our 9th wedding anniversary. (We just celebrated our 30th!) The
poor old dear has finally just had too much life and has stopped
working beyond repair. It led a good life: 4 states, 2 children and
many friends, at least 8 moves and even a few spills from off the
wall. Loved dearly and now to be replaced. Thanks for such a great
product.

My Kit-cat story started when someone left a black basic kit-cat
clock in the kitchen or break room of a building that I rented when
I started my business. From day one business was very good,
and continued for the first several months. Then all of a sudden it
seemed like we just shut down. For the next several days we were
below 60% of our normal average for no apparent reason. One day a
staffer noted that the Kit-cat clock had stopped. The next morning I
replaced the batteries and the clock started up and so did the
business, we had reached our normal quota within days. I'm not
saying that the Kit-Cat clock is the reason for our success, but
needless to say I have not let the batteries in the Kit-Cat
clock run down again for the last 20 years.
